Gene Studio^TM is integrated software system to provide "state of the art" gene and genome analyses.

While Gene Studio is a pure Java^TM application it can be executed in any platform.

Goals

Gene Studio is designing for:

• User data management and querying and extracting the information from databases on molecular biology.
• Automated generation of nucleotide sequence samples of various gene parts from semantic analysis of the EMBL/GenBank Fearture Table parsing.
• Analysis of nucleotide sequences of gene and genomes. Gene Studio includes most common nucleotide sequence analysis methods as well as provides open API to integrate custom methods of analysis.
• Semantic integration of  results from complementary analyses methods and from experimental data to provide the most reliable predictions.
• Script language that is extension of Java Script allows a user automate data analyses using analyses scenarios.
• Visualization of the database-contained information and the results of analyses performed.

Gene Studio will be presented in Third International Conference on Bioinformatics of Genome Regulation and Structure.
